Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email, workspace), the business data you enter or import (contacts, deals, tickets, invoices, documents), and product usage needed to run and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To provide the platform, run the AI actions you request, bill your plan, secure the service, and support you. AI processes your data only to produce the output you ask for within your workspace.

AI training

We never use your workspace data to train AI models. Your data stays isolated to your workspace and is not pooled with other customers.

Storage

Connections use TLS 1.3. Uploaded files are stored with AES-256 server-side encryption, and the database runs on managed Postgres with encrypted volumes. Data is currently hosted in a single region; selectable EU/US residency is on the roadmap, not available today.

Your rights

You can request access, export, or erasure of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@universalai.com. We process requests within the 30-day window GDPR allows and track each one in-app against that clock. After cancellation, nothing is deleted for 30 days so you can still retrieve it.

Sub-processors

We use vetted providers for hosting, payments (Stripe), and email delivery. Each is bound by data-processing terms. See the DPA for details.
