Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. AI features are tools you supervise — you're responsible for content you approve and send.

Plans, trials & billing

Trials run 14 days with no credit card. Paid plans bill monthly in advance; AI credits and AI employees are billed per your plan. You can change or cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period.

AI output

AI can be wrong. Every AI write action is a draft until you approve it. You are responsible for reviewing output before it reaches a customer. We provide the tooling; you own the decision.

Your data

You own your data. We process it to provide the service under the Privacy Policy and DPA. On cancellation you can export it in one click; it is retained for 30 days, then deleted.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime per the status page. The service is provided "as is" beyond the commitments in your plan or order form.
